DulcieDot is committed to delivering high quality products to our customers. We understand that sometimes things can go wrong.
We offer refunds or credit notes on full priced items only or if the product is faulty or if you change your mind provided the following conditions are met:
- Your return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order
- Your return is sent back within 7 days of being approved.
- Item/s are in original condition, not soiled, worn or washed
- Has all original tags attached and packaging
- Return authorisation has been approved and issued via email.
- The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.
- We do not offer refund or credit note for change of mind SALE items (unless faulty)
DulcieDot reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the conditions above.
If all of the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when requesting to return product:
- Contact email@example.com to request authorisation number. Please explain reason for return, request a credit note or a refund, and reference your order number. If you are claiming a faulty item, please send in photos to support your claim.
- Once return has been authorised you will be issued a RA#. Please return product in original packaging along with a returns authorisation form and return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Packages received after this period or without a RA# will not be accepted. We suggest using a tracked service as DulcieDot is not responsible for any goods lost in transit.
Once we receive returned goods and they prove to be in original condition with packaging and documentation, we will process the credit note or refund. Please note that DulcieDot is not responsible for transit costs for returned items. These are at the customer's expense unless a product has a fault.
Where a credit note is issued, it will be of the order value, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed, it will then be available to use immediately through our online store. Entire value of credit note must be used in one single order, it cannot be split over multiple orders.

Holiday Delivery Times
In order to receive your gifts in time for December 25th please make sure to get your order in before December 1 for WA, NT & TAS and December 10 for NSW, QLD & VIC.
Customs & Duties
All customers are responsible for customs/imports duties & taxes on orders outside of Australia. DulcieDot is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
We recommend contacting your local custom office for further information.
Please note shipping costs, gift certificates and sale items (unless faulty) are non-refundable.
